Results of the Call for Proposals for Institutional Improvement Grants

Within the “Higher Education and Research for Innovation and Competitiveness” (HERIC) Project, financed from the World Bank loan, the Ministry of Education announced on 23 July 2015 a Call for submitting project proposals for grants for the institutional improvement of higher education institutions in Montenegro, the deadline for submission of proposals being October 30, 2015.

A total of 23 applications were submitted. In accordance with the defined terms and conditions of the Call, proposals which obtained minimum 70 points were recommended to receive grants and the negotiation phase which precedes the signing of grant contracts and project implementation will be opened with applicants which submitted these proposals. In addition, all applicants were provided with summary reports of the evaluation committee.

The table below shows the results of the Call, i.e. projects which received more than 70 points after the evaluation stage was completed.
