SUMMARY OF THE FIRST NARRATIVE SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE PROJECT LAMS

In the period of 6 months from the start of the project, all the projected goals have been accomplished. The end result of previous work is that the monitoring station on the mountain Lovcen is implemented and that an adequate measurement of lightning is provided. In the upcoming period all the registered lightning current strokes will be analysed, and on the basis of purpose-developed applications for data processing, they will be processed. This activity is permanent. The researchers will conduct regular inspection of equipment and received/obtained data. They will also adjust software applications, as well as develop new software modules in continuity. In the spring of 2016 the remaining equipment will be installed, with purpose to measure electrostatic fields, video records and electric power quality.
